About The Role

Glance, the AI‑driven shopping agent of InMobi, is building the next generation of hyper‑personalized commerce experiences. As a senior GPU Systems Engineer in Bangalore, you will design and optimise inference runtimes for cutting‑edge generative models, guide hardware strategy and mentor a fast‑moving engineering team to deliver scalable AI services.

Responsibilities

Architect high‑performance inference runtimes, kernel dispatchers and memory planners for diffusion and transformer models.
Lead cross‑functional investigations to identify and eliminate GPU performance bottlenecks.
Define hardware selection criteria and GPU optimization best‑practices across the organization.
Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality, testing and profiling standards.
Collaborate with ML research teams to integrate new video‑generation models into the inference stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience in C++/CUDA.
  • Deep understanding of GPU architecture, memory hierarchy and performance profiling.
  • Hands‑on experience building inference pipelines for large language or diffusion models.
  • Proficiency with Linux, Git and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work across product and research teams.
