About The Role

As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will architect, deploy, and optimize generative AI inference workloads for enterprise clients, collaborating across hardware, software, and cloud teams to ensure high‑performance, scalable solutions. Your expertise will drive customer success and shape the future of AI computing.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize inference workloads on SambaNova's RDU hardware.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate new models into SambaRack.
Troubleshoot and debug performance bottlenecks in production deployments.
Provide technical support to enterprise customers during deployment.
Develop automation scripts for deployment pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML inference deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
  • Strong understanding of dataflow architectures and GPU programming.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
