About The Role

Level AI, an AI‑native CX platform backed by leading investors, helps enterprises automate and enhance customer interactions through virtual agents and real‑time guidance. As a Forward Deployed Engineer – Agents, you will design, implement and optimize AI‑driven virtual agent solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their systems and delivering measurable improvements in resolution speed, satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of AI agent deployments from discovery to launch and optimization.
Configure agent workflows, decision logic and automation behaviors to meet business outcomes.
Implement guardrails and validation frameworks ensuring safe and compliant agent performance.
Build, test and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as CRM, ticketing and telephony platforms.
Collaborate with customers and internal product/engineering teams to define success criteria and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI/ML models and natural language processing pipelines.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and system integrations.
  • Understanding of customer experience (CX) platforms and automation workflows.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and client‑facing communication abilities.
