About The Role

CommerceIQ is a fast‑growing AI startup powering the world’s largest CPG and retail brands with intelligent commerce agents. Based in Bengaluru, the company leverages cutting‑edge machine learning to optimize content, media and sales workflows for Fortune‑100 clients. As a Data Scientist II you will design, build and operationalize predictive models, turn complex data into strategic insights, and work closely with product and engineering teams to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning models for AI agents in commerce workflows.
Analyze large retail and CPG datasets to derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive solutions.
Monitor model performance and implement improvements.
Communicate findings to stakeholders and support data‑driven decision making.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in data science or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL and big‑data tools (Hive, Spark).
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
