About The Role

ChargePoint, a global leader in electric vehicle charging solutions, is expanding its Bangalore team. As a Deployment Engineer you will be the frontline liaison, guiding B2B customers through the onboarding and activation of charging stations, handling technical queries, and ensuring seamless deployments across diverse client segments while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and SMS chats from customers and field technicians regarding station deployment and activation.
Make outbound calls to onboard customers and manage end‑to‑end activation journey.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing or incomplete sales order information.
Document case details accurately in internal tracking systems.
Ensure smooth deployment experience by managing communications and dependencies across B2B clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work US shift timings (5 AM‑6 PM PST) and rotational weekly offs.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ ticketing tools and basic networking concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Computer) or related field.
