As an Intermediate Backend Engineer, you will own end‑to‑end feature development, collaborate across product and infrastructure, and ensure high‑performance, secure services for millions of users. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and ship backend features end‑to‑end.
Collaborate with product, frontend, infrastructure, and security teams to define requirements and ensure performance.
Write clean, testable code, conduct code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor production services, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and scalability.
Contribute to architectural decisions and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, Ruby, or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools, and automated testing.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote asynchronous environment.
