As a Forward AI Engineer – Agentic AI in Bengaluru, you will spearhead the creation of generative AI and LLM‑driven solutions, turning complex operational data into real‑time predictive intelligence. Responsibilities

Design and implement end‑to‑end generative AI and LLM pipelines for industrial use‑cases
Develop production‑grade AI services, including model serving, monitoring, and scaling on cloud platforms
Collaborate with domain experts to translate asset‑intelligence requirements into AI solutions
Optimize model performance and latency for real‑time decision making in supply chain and asset management
Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure best practices in AI engineering

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Hands‑on experience building, fine‑tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Solid understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Experience with data engineering pipelines for time‑series, structured and unstructured data
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field
