Requirements
- Strong understanding of networking and security protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, SSL/TLS)
- Hands‑on experience troubleshooting enterprise security appliances or cloud security solutions
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix command line and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams
