About The Role

As a Software Engineer, Evals, you’ll build robust evaluation pipelines for large language models, ensuring accuracy and scalability across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other integrations. Your work will directly impact productivity gains for 1,000+ global customers, driving smarter, safer AI decisions and innovation.

Responsibilities

Design and implement evaluation pipelines for AI models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate evaluation metrics into production.
Optimize evaluation workflows for scalability and performance.
Analyze evaluation results and provide actionable insights to product and research teams.
Maintain documentation and best practices for evaluation processes.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and data structures.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Knowledge of evaluation metrics for NLP/LLM models.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
