About The Role

As an Associate Solutions Engineer (Night Shift) in Bengaluru, you will evaluate part designs, generate accurate quotes, and bridge communication between builders and factories, accelerating product delivery and supporting the company’s rapid expansion in the hardware manufacturing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Review incoming part designs for manufacturability across CNC machining, 3D printing, and other processes.
Prepare accurate cost quotes and lead‑time estimates for custom parts.
Collaborate with builders and manufacturing partners to resolve design issues.
Document quoting processes and maintain data in CRM systems.
Support senior solutions engineers in technical troubleshooting during night shift.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, 2023‑2025 passout.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining and additive manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and basic GD&T.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English.
