About The Role

GHX, a leading healthcare technology provider, is expanding its Customer Care and Managed Services team in Hyderabad. As an AI Knowledge Analyst I, you will govern and enhance the knowledge assets that power both human support and AI platforms, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and AI‑readiness. You will collaborate with SMEs, data scientists, and operational teams to close knowledge gaps, drive continuous improvement, and enable smarter, faster service delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage intake, triage, and routing of knowledge requests from operational teams.
Conduct knowledge audits, maintain content lifecycle, and coordinate SME review cycles.
Identify and resolve obsolete, duplicate, or conflicting content.
Translate operational knowledge into structured, AI‑ready formats with proper taxonomy.
Collaborate with AI and data teams to monitor solution performance and drive content improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge management and content governance experience.
  • Proficiency in structuring data for AI ingestion (taxonomy, metadata, JSON/XML).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use performance metrics for continuous improvement.
