About The Role

mindtickle, a fast‑growing product‑focused AI startup in Pune, is building a next‑generation enterprise intelligence platform. As an AI Product Engineer you will architect the core “Enterprise Brain”, develop scalable middleware, and create agentic LLM workflows that automate insights across sales, marketing and support. Join a cross‑functional team to shape AI‑first operations, drive real‑time data integration, and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Design and develop the enterprise‑wide “Intelligence Engine” integrating data from product telemetry, CRM, and marketing sources.

Build and maintain scalable Python‑based middleware, APIs and webhooks to push AI insights into tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Architect agentic workflows using LLMs, RAG pipelines and enforce guardrails to avoid hallucinations.

Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure real‑time data pipelines, security and governance.

Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing and iterate on AI models for business impact.

Requirements

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of Python development experience with FastAPI/Django and SaaS integrations.
Hands‑on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and agentic workflow orchestration.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data governance in B2B SaaS environments.
Ability to design and implement robust, production‑grade middleware.
