About The Role

DevRev is a fast‑growing AI‑driven product company building a unified work platform called Computer. As a Forward Deployed Engineer in Mumbai, you will collaborate with pre‑and post‑sales teams to design, integrate and deploy AI agents, APIs and data pipelines that extend DevRev’s platform into customer environments. The role blends deep technical implementation with direct client interaction to drive AI‑enabled workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Customer-facing solution delivery (80% direct interaction)
Hands‑on coding & integration using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python
Design, develop and deploy AI agents, webhooks and API integrations
Optimize AI performance via prompt engineering and semantic search
Data analysis: write SQL queries, build dashboards for insights

Requirements

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript and Python
  • Strong experience building RESTful APIs and webhook integrations
  • SQL querying and data analysis skills
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities
