About The Role

Netomi, a leading agentic AI platform, empowers enterprises like Delta Airlines and MetLife to automate customer experiences at scale. Based in Gurugram, we build a no-code solution that delivers rapid deployment, low cost, and scalable AI agent management. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with our software team to design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and service meshes, ensuring high availability and performance for our global clients.

Responsibilities

Kubernetes cluster management and optimization

CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance

Helm chart creation and versioning

Service mesh integration and observability

Automation scripting for provisioning and debugging

Requirements

0-2 years DevOps experience
Kubernetes cluster administration
CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins/ArgoCD/Spinnaker)
Service mesh implementation (Istio/Linkerd)
Terraform and Amazon ECS expertise
