About The Role

Netomi, a leading agentic AI platform backed by WndrCo and Y Combinator, empowers global enterprises to automate customer experiences at scale. As a Solution Engineer in Gurugram, you will design and implement AI‑driven workflows, create demos and proofs of concept, and collaborate with sales and product teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions, driving measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to discover and scope customer challenges and design high‑value technical solutions.
Architect and build agentic workflows integrating generative AI, REST APIs, databases and cloud services.
Develop custom demos, prototypes and proofs of concept on the Netomi platform.
Design, test and refine prompts and AI orchestration chains for optimal performance.
Communicate technical concepts to C‑level executives and engineering teams, and document solution designs.

Requirements

  • 1‑2 years experience in sales or solutions engineering, preferably in AI or enterprise SaaS.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI prompt design and workflow orchestration.
  • Proficiency in integrating REST APIs, webhooks and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
  • Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
