About The Role

OneImaging is an innovative health‑tech startup transforming radiology access with a concierge platform that connects patients to a vetted network of providers across the US. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will craft end‑to‑end solutions using TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js, building secure, scalable features that enhance patient and provider experiences while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high performance in the industry.

Responsibilities

Design and implement full‑stack features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL.

Build responsive, accessible UI components and ensure optimal frontend performance.

Develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs with authentication, authorization and HIPAA‑compliant logging.

Write unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Collaborate with UI/UX, data engineering and architecture teams to deliver end‑to‑end healthcare solutions.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React and Node.js.
Experience with Next.js, Express and PostgreSQL.
Good understanding of RESTful API design, authentication and HIPAA compliance.
Ability to write unit, integration and E2E tests using Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
