About The Role
Netskope, a leading cloud security and networking SaaS provider, is expanding its SASE Quality Engineering team in Bengaluru. As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will champion automation, design robust test frameworks, and ensure high‑performance, scalable WAN edge solutions, driving quality for a global customer base.
Responsibilities
Analyze product requirements and design specifications to create detailed test plans aligned with customer use cases.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for WAN edge and cloud networking features, ensuring scalability and performance.
Own end-to-end feature testing, including functional, integration, and system-level validation, and track defects to closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive quality improvements and support continuous delivery pipelines.
Contribute to performance testing and reliability assessments of SASE solutions in real-world network environments.
Requirements
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python or Java for test automation.
- Experience with test frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or custom CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, SASE, WAN, cloud networking, and security protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (Git).
- Ability to write clear test cases, debug issues, and work effectively in an Agile environment.
