About The Role
Tower is a leading systematic trading and engineering firm headquartered in Gurgaon, offering cutting‑edge electronic trading infrastructure. As an AI/ML intern, you will work on multi‑agent systems, develop advanced machine‑learning models, and support MLOps pipelines, gaining exposure to high‑impact financial technology projects in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Building and evaluating multi‑agent systems with orchestration and tool‑calling integration
Implementing agentic coding tools like Claude Code to accelerate development
Developing statistical and machine‑learning algorithms to meet business needs
Contributing to MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring and maintenance
Analyzing model performance through experiments and fine‑tuning
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Hands‑on experience with agentic AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code or similar)
- Understanding of MLOps concepts and model deployment workflows
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
