About The Role

Dialpad, a leading AI-powered communications platform, empowers enterprises to deliver real‑time, context‑rich customer experiences. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with global clients to implement, customize, and optimize Dialpad’s solutions, bridging product capabilities with business needs. You’ll leverage cloud, AI, and integration expertise to drive adoption, solve complex technical challenges, and shape the future of conversational AI.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and design AI-driven communication solutions.
Deploy, configure, and integrate Dialpad platform into client environments.
Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to client engineering teams.
Develop custom extensions, APIs, and automation scripts to meet specific use cases.
Gather feedback and work with product teams to influence roadmap.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field, 2020-2023 passout.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and real-time communication systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication abilities.
