About The Role

Mindtickle, a leading SaaS platform for sales readiness, is expanding its Business Technology & Security team in Pune. As a Software Engineer, Business Systems, you will design and operate integrations, data pipelines, and automation tools that connect core business applications. You will work independently, own the full product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. The role offers exposure to cutting‑edge cloud technologies and a fast‑paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, HRMS, Slack and Google Cloud platforms.

Build data pipelines and automation workflows to streamline Finance, People Success, IT, Security and GTM processes.

Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of internal tools, including monitoring, alerting, incident response and documentation.

Evaluate build‑vs‑buy decisions by prototyping vendor APIs and technical spikes.

Collaborate with Product Manager and Business Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in building system integrations and automation.
Proficiency in APIs, REST/SOAP, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom scripts).
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Java.
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
Understanding of relational databases and ETL processes.
