Responsibilities
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python or R with experience in data‑science libraries (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with next‑generation sequencing data analysis pipelines (RNA‑seq, scRNA‑seq, WGS/WES).
- Proficiency in SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for building scalable workflows.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and bioinformatics algorithms.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field; 2020‑2024 passout acceptable.
