About The Role

Growe is an innovative startup dedicated to delivering secure cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers across India and globally. As an Access Engineer & IAM Auditor you will design and implement comprehensive access audit frameworks, conduct privileged and administrative account reviews across GCP, LDAP and PAM environments, and ensure adherence to ISO 27001, SOC 2 and NIST standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, produce audit‑ready reports and drive remediation to protect critical assets.

Responsibilities

Design and establish a standardized access audit framework with methodology, cadence and reporting templates.

Define risk‑based audit scope and sampling for multi‑system landscape.

Run scheduled and ad‑hoc access audits for privileged and admin accounts across GCP IAM, LDAP and PAM.

Prepare audit‑ready reports and evidence packages for internal and external reviewers.

Track remediation actions with owners and maintain audit documentation.

Requirements

2+ years experience as Access Engineer or IAM Auditor.
Hands‑on with GCP IAM, LDAP and service account management.
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
Working knowledge of IGA solutions such as One Identity, Okta or Entra ID.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or NIST compliance frameworks.
