About The Role

Drivetrain is a fast‑growing, remote‑first startup building a financial planning and decision‑making platform for enterprises. As a Frontend Engineer, you will work closely with design and product teams to craft high‑performance, accessible web interfaces, develop reusable components, and contribute to the platform’s visual analytics and modelling tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers and product owners to translate UI/UX designs into responsive React components.
Develop and maintain reusable UI libraries and data‑visualisation components such as charts and tables.
Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross‑browser compatibility and accessibility.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and help define frontend best‑practice processes.
Troubleshoot and debug issues using browser dev tools and logging.

Requirements

  • 1‑3 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern ES6+ features.
  • Hands‑on experience with ReactJS and state‑management libraries.
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms for efficient UI rendering.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and ship features quickly.

Eligibility Checklist

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline. M.Tech/MCA candidates with relevant project experience are also welcome.
