About The Role

Infosys, a leading global technology services firm, is expanding its Trust & Assurance team in Bengaluru. As a Security GRC Analyst II, you will manage high‑volume security questionnaires, due‑diligence assessments and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001. You will leverage AI‑assisted tools, maintain a dynamic answer library, and drive continuous improvement in response metrics, contributing to robust customer assurance.

Responsibilities

Own a high‑volume queue of security questionnaires, due‑diligence assessments, RFP sections and assurance requests, delivering accurate responses within SLA.
Use AI‑assisted tooling to draft answers, then verify against approved libraries, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and supporting evidence.
Maintain and expand the answer library, retire stale content and flag inconsistencies.
Build and curate trust‑site content for self‑serve customer queries.
Track and improve metrics such as turnaround time, first‑pass accuracy and deflection rate.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in security GRC, compliance, IT audit or customer assurance.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001 and related security frameworks.
  • Proficiency in drafting technical responses and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet SLA targets and maintain high first‑pass accuracy.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted response tools and ticket‑queue management systems.
