Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable platform services that power code search and batch change features.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI‑assisted tooling into the core infrastructure.
Optimize performance, reliability, and observability of distributed systems handling large codebases.
Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and incident response for production services.
Contribute to architectural decisions and documentation for platform components.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Go or Rust for backend development.
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
  • Ability to write clean, testable code and follow CI/CD best practices.
