About The Role

Gruve is a software services startup dedicated to transforming enterprises into AI powerhouses. As a Junior Network Engineer, you will support and optimize the company’s network infrastructure, troubleshoot wireless and wired devices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity. You will monitor network performance using tools like Nagios, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with IT security policies. Your role will coordinate with cloud and security teams to integrate network solutions that support Gruve’s initiatives.

Responsibilities

Ensure availability and optimal performance of system and network services.
Diagnose and troubleshoot wireless network devices such as APs and switches.
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for high availability.
Analyze platform behavior and recommend improvements.
Document and maintain technical policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong networking fundamentals including routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLAN, BGP.
  • Experience with IT monitoring tools such as Nagios.
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira JSM.
  • Basic knowledge of wireless networking (4G/5G).
