About The Role

InMobi, a leading global mobile advertising platform, is expanding its performance analytics team in Pune. The Data Scientist will drive deep insights into campaign and platform performance, uncover anomalies, and translate findings into actionable improvements across engineering, trading and product functions. This role blends advanced analytics, experimentation and automation to enhance ad delivery and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

Analyze performance across campaigns, inventory, audiences, bidding models and conversions.

Monitor key metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, VCR, ROAS, spend and revenue, and investigate anomalies.

Conduct root‑cause analysis on data quality, attribution and model outputs.

Design, execute and interpret A/B tests and other experiments.

Build reusable SQL/Python pipelines, metrics dashboards and automated diagnostics.

Requirements

Strong SQL and Python proficiency for large‑scale data analysis.
Solid foundation in statistics, experimental design and hypothesis testing.
Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, Spark, Databricks or BigQuery.
Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling and data quality concepts.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills to influence engineering and product teams.
