About The Role

Netomi is a fast-growing AI startup delivering a no-code agentic platform for enterprise customer experience. As a Data Engineer I working remotely from India, you will build and maintain robust data pipelines, develop ETL processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that power AI-driven CX solutions for global brands. You will also contribute to data quality frameworks and support analytics reporting for product performance.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable, secure data pipelines using Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Snowflake, etc.

Develop ETL/ELT processes to ingest structured and unstructured data.

Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and validate data integrity.

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to design data models for real-time analytics.

Write clean, maintainable Python code with unit and integration tests.

Requirements

Proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience with Spark or Databricks and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational and columnar databases.
Knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT design.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
