About The Role

As a Software Engineer II (Fullstack), you will design and build scalable features for the Pear Assessment platform, creating real‑time interactive assessments, analytics dashboards, and OpenSearch‑powered semantic search, while collaborating with a remote, diverse engineering team to enhance classroom experiences and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust full‑stack architectural solutions for the Pear Assessment platform.

Develop real‑time interactive assessment features and analytics dashboards using React and backend services.

Build and optimize scalable backend APIs, data pipelines, and OpenSearch‑powered semantic search capabilities.

Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure code quality, performance, and continuous delivery.

Requirements

B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field
2‑4 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript and backend technologies such as Node.js or Java.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, and version control (Git).
