About The Role

Based in Pune, the Associate – Data Warehouse will design robust data architectures, optimize ETL processes, and drive data governance to deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data warehouse architectures for life sciences datasets.
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and performance.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead project delivery.
Implement data governance best practices and provide training to internal teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and SQL.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python/Java for data processing and scripting.
  • Understanding of US pharmaceutical data standards and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
