About The Role

Glean, a fast‑growing AI startup in Bangalore, builds a Work AI platform that powers intelligent search, assistants, and scalable AI agents for global enterprises. As a Software Engineer – Agents Governance, you will create robust frameworks, monitoring, and security controls that ensure AI agents operate responsibly and efficiently across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain governance frameworks for AI agents ensuring compliance and security
Implement monitoring and logging pipelines for agent behavior across enterprise integrations
Collaborate with product and data teams to define policies, access controls, and audit trails
Optimize performance and scalability of agentic services in cloud environments
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice documentation

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python or Java
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle and governance principles
  • Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
