About The Role

As a Software Engineer II focusing on Java backend for the card issuance business, you will build scalable services, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to a high‑impact product that enables instant fund disbursement worldwide.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java backend services for card issuance platform
Design, code, test, and deploy features following coding standards and agile practices
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and senior engineers for requirement gathering and peer reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance
Continuously improve code quality through unit testing and refactoring

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git
  • Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile team
