About The Role

Armada, a fast‑growing edge AI infrastructure leader backed by top investors, is expanding its Thiruvananthapuram office under AEDGE AICC India Pvt Ltd. As a NOC Engineer you will ensure reliability of critical edge data centers, monitor power, cooling and network systems, and lead incident resolution. Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot power, cooling, networking, environmental and facility systems across edge data centers.
Act as Tier 2 escalation point, lead incident resolution and coordinate with engineering and facilities teams.
Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes using DCIM/PLC platforms.
Perform routine health checks, capacity planning and documentation of infrastructure.
Participate in on‑call rotations and ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in data center or NOC operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with PLC/BMS/DCIM tools and network equipment (routers, switches).
  • Strong knowledge of power, cooling, UPS, HVAC systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Windows server monitoring and scripting (Python/Bash).
  • Excellent incident management and communication skills.
