About The Role
Adyen, a global fintech leader, empowers merchants like Meta and Uber with unified payment solutions. Based in Bengaluru, we are seeking Kotlin Engineers to enhance our in‑person payment terminals. You will craft cross‑platform Kotlin code, integrate diverse payment methods, and ensure robust, secure transactions, contributing to innovative fintech experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business logic for payment terminals using Kotlin Multiplatform.
Integrate payment methods such as card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and QR code solutions.
Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless communication with Adyen services.
Write unit and integration tests and support automated hardware testing.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance performance and security.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Experience developing Android and Linux based applications.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Hands‑on experience with unit testing and CI pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features.
