About The Role

Parallel Wireless, a global leader in Open RAN solutions, is expanding its Bangalore team to deliver next-generation mobile connectivity. As an Engineer in Professional Services, you will monitor network health, generate KPI reports, automate analytics, and present insights to telecom operators. The role demands strong technical support expertise in RAN, excellent communication, and the flexibility to work 24x7 shifts, contributing to innovative, energy-efficient network deployments.

Responsibilities

Monitor network performance 24x7 and generate KPI reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver daily, weekly and monthly analytics
Define and document reporting methodologies and automate report generation workflows
Present technical analysis, root-cause findings and KPI insights to customers and internal stakeholders
Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G networks

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on technical support in Radio Access Networks
  • Strong ability to present and explain detailed KPIs and metrics to customers
  • Proficiency with Unix/Linux, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, QoS and routing protocols
  • Experience with 5G, LTE, UMTS or GSM technologies
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotating shift environment

Eligibility Checklist

B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech/MCA in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field, 2020-2024 passout
