About The Role

ParallelWireless is a leading product‑based telecom solutions provider headquartered in Bangalore, delivering cutting‑edge 5G and LTE testing services to global operators. As an Engineer I – RU Validation (Automation), you will design and execute rigorous test plans, automate test scripts, and debug complex radio access network issues. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of next‑generation mobile networks.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive test plans for 5G NR/LTE based on 3GPP and ORAN standards.
Design and execute test scripts using Python/Tcl and automation tools.
Analyze system and test tool logs to debug and root‑cause issues.
Set up and maintain K8s-based test environments.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve QA processes.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science.
  • 1-3 years of experience in RAN (5G/LTE) testing and performance evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of 3GPP message flows and LTE/5G NR procedures.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Tcl.
  • Experience with automation and test plan creation for 4G/5G features.
