About The Role

Diligent is a Bengaluru‑based product‑focused SaaS provider delivering compliance and trust‑automation solutions to enterprises worldwide. As a Security GRC Analyst II, you will manage a live queue of security questionnaires, leverage AI‑assisted tools to craft precise responses, and continuously enrich the company’s answer library, ensuring customers receive accurate, audit‑ready evidence swiftly.

Responsibilities

Own a high‑volume queue of security questionnaires, due‑diligence assessments and RFP sections, delivering accurate responses within SLA.
Use AI‑assisted response tooling to draft answers quickly, then verify against the approved answer library and current SOC 2/ISO 27001 certifications.
Maintain and expand the answer library by adding new approved answers, retiring stale ones and flagging inconsistencies.
Build and curate customer‑facing trust‑site content, enabling self‑serve answers for recurring queries.
Package evidence for customer security audits and track metrics such as turnaround time, first‑pass accuracy and deflection rates.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in security GRC, compliance or IT audit.
  • Strong working knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail for high‑volume questionnaire responses.
  • Ability to meet SLA targets and maintain first‑pass accuracy under pressure.
  • Proficiency with AI‑assisted response tools or similar automation platforms.
