About The Role

Join Zoho, a leading product‑based SaaS company headquartered in Bangalore, as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer. You will spearhead the transformation of our Salesforce delivery pipeline, implementing source‑driven development, CI/CD automation, and second‑generation packaging. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you’ll ensure rapid, reliable releases that enhance product stability and customer trust, while driving DevOps maturity across the organisation. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve source‑driven Salesforce delivery ecosystem at scale.
Design, build and optimise CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/CircleCI) for automated metadata validation, testing and packaging.
Define package modularity, dependency and branching strategies using SFDX and Second‑Generation Packages.
Troubleshoot deployment failures, improve pipeline performance and drive high‑frequency releases.
Mentor scrum teams on DevOps best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Salesforce DX, Git and SFDX CLI for source‑driven development.
  • Hands‑on expertise in building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI) and automating deployments with Scratch Orgs.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, static code analysis and automated testing in Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Shell/PowerShell) and version control workflows.
  • Minimum 3 years of end‑to‑end Salesforce release management experience.
