About The Role

PubMatic is a global ad-tech leader delivering real-time programmatic solutions. Based in Pune, the company seeks an Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer to join its Network Operations Center. The role focuses on ensuring high availability of critical ad-serving infrastructure, handling alerts, and driving AI-enabled automation for faster incident resolution. Candidates will work cross-functionally with engineering and DevOps teams to maintain robust, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor infrastructure, applications, and network using Grafana, Nagios, and internal dashboards.
Triage and resolve P1/P2 alerts, provide Tier-1 support and escalation.
Collaborate with Engineering, AdOps, and DevOps for troubleshooting real-time ad serving systems.
Leverage AI-driven tools for log analysis, RCA, and automation of recurring issues.
Document incidents, maintain runbooks, and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in NOC, infrastructure monitoring or production support.
  • Strong Linux fundamentals (CLI, processes, memory, networking).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Nagios or Prometheus.
  • Ability to write clear incident reports and follow ITIL/NOC processes.
