About The Role

Netomi, a fast‑growing AI startup backed by WndrCo and Y Combinator, builds a no‑code agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience. As a Data Scientist II in Gurugram, you will drive LLM‑based research, prototype innovative solutions, and ship production‑ready models that power CX automation for global brands. You’ll work cross‑functionally with engineers and product teams to deliver high‑impact AI products.

Responsibilities

Conduct end‑to‑end NLP and LLM research, prototype and deploy models for enterprise CX solutions.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and model serving infrastructure on cloud platforms.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions and monitor performance.
Publish findings, create documentation, and mentor junior data scientists.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Large Language Models, transformers, and fine‑tuning techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML libraries such as Hugging Face.
  • Experience building production‑grade ML pipelines on AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, experiment design, and evaluation metrics.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
