About The Role

Everpure, a fast‑growing data platform leader, empowers enterprises to harness multi‑cloud storage for Kubernetes workloads. As a Cloud Native Technical Services Engineer in Bangalore, you will partner with customers and internal teams to design, deploy, and troubleshoot Portworx solutions, ensuring high availability and performance while contributing to knowledge assets and pre‑sales engagements.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise customer success by delivering end‑to‑end technical expertise for Portworx deployments and production environments.
Perform complex problem diagnosis and triage across multi‑cloud Kubernetes workloads.
Enable pre‑sales and onboarding by guiding technical installations, integrations and POCs.
Scale organizational knowledge by authoring knowledge‑base articles and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and containerized storage solutions.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Linux systems, container logs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Background in site reliability engineering or customer‑facing technical support.
  • Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
