As a NOC Engineer in Hyderabad, you will safeguard the company’s monitoring infrastructure, resolve network incidents, and support continuous delivery of high-availability services. Responsibilities

Monitor network infrastructure and ensure 99.9% uptime.
Respond to alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with engineering teams.
Perform routine maintenance, patching, and capacity planning.
Generate daily/weekly performance reports and document resolutions.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT or related field, 2020-2023 passout.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Bash/Python).
  • Ability to analyze logs, perform root cause analysis, and communicate effectively.
