About The Role

Join a dynamic AI‑focused startup in Bangalore that is building end‑to‑end product experiences powered by large language models. As a DS/ML Intern you will design evaluation frameworks, optimize model routing, create robust scoring pipelines, and gain hands‑on exposure to MLOps and production monitoring. You’ll work closely with engineers and product teams, turning research ideas into reliable, ship‑ready features while sharpening your full‑stack data science skills.

Responsibilities

Build evaluation systems for AI features, including failure taxonomies and golden datasets
Design and run model routing experiments to balance cost, quality, and latency
Develop scoring and measurement pipelines to convert noisy signals into reliable metrics
Implement MLOps workflows: model versioning, rollout, monitoring for drift and quality decay
Collaborate with engineering to integrate ML components into backend and frontend services

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Machine Learning
  • Hands‑on DS/ML experience building end‑to‑end projects or internships
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Fundamental understanding of applied statistics and metric evaluation
