About The Role

InnoProcess Technologies is a leading service-based engineering firm headquartered in Mumbai, delivering end-to-end process solutions to the petrochemical and refining sectors. As a Process Engineer, you will design and validate process flows, perform detailed calculations, and coordinate multidisciplinary EPC activities. You will ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct safety reviews, and support commissioning and troubleshooting, driving project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate process design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, and material balances for client projects.
Perform hydraulic, pressure drop, and utility calculations to size pumps, valves, and other equipment.
Lead multidisciplinary EPC coordination, reviewing vendor documents and ensuring compliance with API, ASME, ISO standards.
Conduct HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies and design relief systems, PSVs, and flare loads.
Provide process support during commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD) and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and PFD/P&ID development.
  • Experience with API, ASME, ISO, NFPA, OSHA PSM standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
