About The Role

The Machine Learning Engineer will design and ship scalable LLM‑based solutions, enhance the conversational orchestration layer, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, high‑impact fintech experiences.

Responsibilities

Build and improve the orchestration layer managing state transitions, context sharing, and intent routing across vendor and internal LLM frameworks.
Design and implement reliable handoff logic between AI models and human agents.
Ship measurable AI‑enabled features for the CX Intelligence platform.
Collaborate with Conversation Design, CX, and engineering teams to ensure scalability and compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, especially Large Language Models.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience building distributed, real‑time systems and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
