About The Role

Gather AI is a fast‑growing startup revolutionizing warehouse intelligence with vision‑powered platforms and autonomous drones. The ML Annotation QA Engineer ensures the highest quality of annotated data that trains and validates computer‑vision models, driving accurate, real‑time insights for smarter, safer supply‑chain operations across India and beyond.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end quality assurance of annotated data for computer vision models.
Analyze annotation outputs to detect drift, model regression, and equipment degradation.
Develop and maintain decision frameworks and annotation guidelines.
Collaborate with external annotation vendors and internal ML engineers to resolve issues.
Generate reports and dashboards showing data quality trends across facilities.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of computer vision annotation processes and QA methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
  • Experience with annotation tools such as CVAT or Labelbox and version control.
  • Ability to interpret model performance metrics and identify data quality issues.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
