Responsibilities
Design and develop end‑to‑end digital CX solutions on the OneTrust platform.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services to enhance customer journeys.
Collaborate with product, data‑privacy, and UX teams to ensure compliant and seamless experiences.
Optimize performance and scalability of web components for high‑traffic environments.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
Requirements
- B.Tech/MCA/BCA in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in front‑end development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React (or Angular/Vue), HTML5, CSS3.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling.
- Familiarity with data‑privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance workflows.
