About The Role

As a Rust Systems Engineer, you will architect and build high-performance backend services, tackling low-latency, concurrent workloads and optimizing system resources. Join a collaborative team driving cutting‑edge product development for a diverse client portfolio. You will also contribute to performance benchmarking, code reviews, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency engine components and data pipelines in Rust.

Build thread-safe, lock-free data structures and state machines for multi-core scaling.

Develop custom thread pools, task schedulers with priority-based execution.

Optimize algorithms and memory usage using Rust’s ownership model and lifetime annotations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Rust services into larger product ecosystems.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Rust programming and systems-level development.
Deep understanding of concurrency, parallelism, and lock-free algorithms.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments and performance profiling tools.
Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and memory management concepts.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
