About The Role

Level AI is a fast‑growing AI startup building an AI‑native CX platform that powers virtual agents and real‑time guidance for enterprise customers. As a Forward Deployed Engineer – Agents, you will design, implement, and optimize AI virtual agent solutions for clients, bridging business needs with cutting‑edge technology. The role blends deep technical execution with customer interaction, driving measurable improvements in resolution speed, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of AI agent deployments from discovery to launch and optimization.

Configure agent workflows, decision logic, and automation behaviors to meet business outcomes.

Build and validate integrations with enterprise systems such as CRM, ticketing, and telephony.

Implement guardrails, validation frameworks, and compliance checks for safe agent performance.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to incorporate feedback and improve the platform.

Requirements

Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript and experience with RESTful APIs.
Hands‑on experience deploying AI/ML models or conversational agents in production.
Understanding of enterprise integration patterns (CRM, ticketing, telephony).
Excellent problem‑solving and customer‑facing communication abilities.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
