About The Role

DevRev is a fast‑growing AI‑driven product company building a unified platform that augments workplace productivity through intelligent agents and automation. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate with pre‑ and post‑sales teams to design, integrate, and deploy custom AI solutions, bridging customer workflows with DevRev's platform while delivering high‑impact technical value.

Responsibilities

Customer-facing: engage with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
Build & Deploy Solutions: design, develop, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations on the DevRev platform
Integrate Systems: connect DevRev with SaaS and non‑SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and real‑time communication architectures
Optimize AI Performance: apply prompt engineering, fine‑tune semantic search, and leverage generative AI to improve agent accuracy
Own Data Insights: write SQL queries, perform analysis, and create dashboards to surface actionable insights

Requirements

  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python for building integrations
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and real‑time data pipelines
  • SQL querying and data analysis skills
  • Ability to interact directly with customers and translate business needs into technical solutions
